For the smoothest finish, exfoliate and hydrate your lips before applying the lipstick. 2. Use the tip of the applicator to carefully outline your cupids bow and shape your lips. 3. Fill your lips with intense matte colour in a thin coat, starting from the centre and blending outwards. 4. Wait for the lipstick to fully dry, in order to avoid transfer and smudge.
